Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nexora-market.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number (subject line: DAMAGED). We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

Missing Items
If part of your order is missing, email us at support@nexora-market.com (subject line: MISSING ITEM) with your order number and we'll resolve it quickly.
