These terms govern your use of nexora-market.com and any purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Nexora Market, an online store based in New York, United States, that sells its own brands (such as GLASSOUL) to customers in several countries. Contact: support@nexora-market.com.

2. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are illustrative; some how-to videos are created with artificial intelligence and are labelled as such on the page. Packaging design and color may vary between batches. Results of skincare and personal-care products are gradual and vary from person to person; they are not guaranteed and our content is not medical advice. Read the ingredient list, do a patch test if your skin is sensitive, and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under treatment.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency when available and can change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

You must be of legal age in your country to buy. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, that break these terms or that we cannot fulfil; in that case we refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Promotions, discount codes and gifts

Promotions are valid while stated and while stock lasts. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, and free gifts are limited to one per customer and to the customer's first order. Gifts have no cash value.

7. Shipping, returns and guarantees

Shipping times and returns are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Guarantees offered on a product page (for example, the 60-day guarantee of GLASSOUL Glass Skin Pads) apply to that product.

8. Reviews and content you send us

Reviews and photos you send must be your own and reflect your real experience. We may moderate content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual property

Brands, texts, images and designs on this site belong to Nexora Market or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexora Market is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, such as Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law or European Union consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
